Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.innerbloom.ro and sets out the conditions for returning products and refunding their value.
1. Right of return
The customer has the right to return the products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason for the decision. The written request must be sent to: 📩 contact@innerbloom.ro and must contain: full name, order number, returned products, IBAN account and phone number.
2. Conditions for accepting a return
Products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, with no signs of wear or unsealing, and accompanied by all original accessories. Innerbloom reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Products that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for unsealed or used products (cosmetics, personal-use products or sealed products that have been opened after delivery).
4. Return procedure – How to return a product
Step 1: Send the request to contact@innerbloom.ro
Step 2: The customer arranges transport through any courier company (we recommend Fan Courier).
Step 3: Pack the products properly.
Step 4 – Return address: The parcel must be sent to: SC Innerbloom Brand SRL, Str. George Valentin Bibescu nr. 25, Sector 1, București, Telefon: 0765 356 822.
Step 5: Ship within max. 2-3 days of notifying the return.
5. Return costs
Transport costs are borne exclusively by the customer. We do not accept parcels returned cash on delivery or with carriage payable by the recipient.
6. Receipt and inspection of the return
Upon receipt, the products will be inspected. In the event of non-conformities (used or damaged products), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to withhold part of the value.
7. Refund of the value
The refund is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receipt and inspection, exclusively by bank transfer. The initial delivery cost is non-refundable.
8. Order cancellation
• Before shipment: Request to contact@innerbloom.ro for a full refund.
• After shipment: The order cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned in accordance with the return policy.
