Innerbloom Shipping Policy
This policy governs the delivery conditions for orders placed on the website www.innerbloom.ro.
1. Processing and Delivery Method
• Coverage area: We deliver exclusively within Europe by express courier.
• Processing time: 24–48 working hours from confirmation.
• Schedule: Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the first working day.
2. Delivery Times (Estimated)
• Romania: 2–3 working days from the time of shipment.
• Europe (International): 5–10 working days, depending on the destination.
*During busy periods (campaigns, holidays), delivery times may be subject to change.
3. Costs and Tracking
• Cost calculation: Automatic on the Checkout page (based on weight and destination).
• Tracking: You will receive the AWB (tracking) number by e-mail immediately after shipment for real-time tracking.
4. Receiving the Parcel
Please check the integrity of the parcel upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged:
✔ Refuse receipt or note your observations on the delivery document.
✔ Notify the Innerbloom team within a maximum of 24 hours.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of extreme weather conditions or logistical disruptions beyond our control, delivery may be delayed. We make every effort to resolve any situation quickly.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided in the order.
